Asparagus with Creamy Herb Sauce

Love Béarnaise sauce but hate the calories and fat that go with it? Try this creamy herb sauce instead!Like & Share
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- ½ cup low-fat, plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh dill
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Bring an inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Put asparagus in a steamer basket, cover, and steam until tender-crisp (about four minutes).
- Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, tarragon, dill, mustard, lemon juice, water, salt, and pepper in asmall bowl.
- Plate the asparagus and drizzle the sauce over the asparagus. Serve warm or cold.
