Chocolate Dessert Crackers
Fall is here and it is time for a tasty, healthy Chocolate Dessert Cracker! A great snack or dessert.Like & Share
Ingredients:
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 3/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 2 bars dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt
- In a medium bowl, whisk togther olive oil and water
- Stir wet ingredients into almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined
- Roll the dough into a ball and press between 2 sheets of parchment paper to 1/8 inch thickness
- Remove top piece of parchment paper
- Transfer the bottom piece with rolled out dough onto baking sheet
- Cut dough into 2-inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter
- Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes, until lightly golden
- Place small piece of chocolate bar on each cracker so that it melts in place
- Once it has melted and is still warm, put 3-4 grains of course sea salt on the chocolate
- Let crackers cool on baking sheet for 20 minutes, then serve
