Join us to review “The Mind-Gut Connection” by Dr. Mayer from UCLA’s Oppenhiemer Center for Neurobiology.
We will discuss the intricate communication between our gut-the second brain and our actual first brain. We will also review the consequences of an altered connection between the gut and the brain and it’s impact on our mental wellness.
This event is open to everyone! You do not need to be reading this book to come and learn about this topic!
