Spicy Chickpea Snackers

Your senses pop with this crunchy, zesty snack. Sweet, salty and spicy!Like & Share
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. Cajun blackening seasoning
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- ¾ tsp. sea salt
- ¾ tsp. fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Mix all spices in a bowl, and set aside.
- Add olive oil and chickpeas to an 8×8 baking pan. Roll pan around to evenly coat chickpeas. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over chickpeas. Roll pan again to evenly coat with seasoning.
- Bake for 40 minutes for a crunchy exterior/soft interior. If crunchy interior/exterior desired, bake at 200° for an additional 15 minutes.
