Soy Sesame Kale
Kale is made a little salty and a little sweet – just right for a delicious yet healthy snack!Like & Share
Ingredients:
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 3 tbsp. tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1½ lbs. dinosaur kale, trimmed and cut into 2-in. pieces
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- Combine garlic, mirin, tamari, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a large bowl. Stir with a whisk.
- Add kale to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
- Add half of kale mixture to pan and sauté until kale wilts and is tender (about 4 minutes). Transfer to a bowl.
- Repeat Step 4 with remaining kale mixture.
